Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
The goods are sent by carrier or Recorded Delivery so it is important that there is someone at the delivery address to sign the receipt.
UK standard delivery: £6.00
UK Next Day (Please order before 2pm): £10.00
European Community: £15.00
If the goods ordered are in stock we aim to deliver within 5 working days in the UK. You will be notified promptly of any delay. In the event of goods being out of stock necessitating more than one consignment you will only be charged once for delivery.
Outwith the European Community: We will use either DHL or International Royal Mail. The extra delivery charge will be added to your bill. Please telephone or e-mail for quote.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Value Added Tax (currently 20%) is included in the quoted price but is deducted from all orders outwith the European Community. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All our products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return the goods in their original condition and securely wrapped within 28 days. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage of returned goods. We will either refund the cost of the goods to your credit card account or exchange the returned goods. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your goods. If you exchange items you will not be billed for the second delivery.
